For those of you that are familiar with the SETI@Home program, there is a new effort about to be launched called Darwin@Home. With SETI@Home, you download a screensaver program that runs analysis on a little packet of data from the Arecibo radio telescope to look for "intelligent" signals.

With Darwin@Home, you'll be able to participate in an effort to recreate the evolution of life by evolving computer creatures.
